Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our photography and/or cinematography services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking our services.
2. Services Offered
Moments Innovator provides professional photography and cinematography services including:
- Wedding Photography
- Pre-Wedding Photography
- Wedding Films/Cinematography
- Pre-Wedding Films
- Related event coverage
3. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of:
- A signed contract or written confirmation
- Payment of the required booking advance (typically 30-50% of the total package value)
Until both conditions are met, dates are not reserved and remain available to other clients.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedule:
- Booking Advance: 30-50% at the time of booking
- Balance Payment: Remaining amount to be paid before or on the event day
- Additional Services: To be paid within 7 days of invoice
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and other mutually agreed methods.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client:
- 90+ days before event: 50% of booking advance refunded
- 60-89 days before event: 25% of booking advance refunded
- Less than 60 days: No refund of booking advance
In case of rescheduling, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date. If unavailable, cancellation terms apply.
6. Deliverables and Timeline
Standard delivery timelines:
- Sneak Peeks: Within 48-72 hours
- Wedding Photos: 4-6 weeks
- Pre-Wedding Photos: 2-3 weeks
- Wedding Films: 8-12 weeks
- Pre-Wedding Films: 3-4 weeks
- Albums: 4-6 weeks after design approval
Timelines may vary during peak wedding season. Expedited delivery available at additional cost.
7. Copyright and Usage Rights
All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Moments Innovator. Clients receive a personal usage license for non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial usage requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate event details and timelines
- Ensure we have adequate access to capture key moments
- Coordinate with venue for photography permissions
- Inform us of any restricted areas or moments
- Provide reasonable meal breaks during extended coverage
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care with all equipment and data, we shall not be liable for any loss of photos/videos due to equipment malfunction, theft, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services. We recommend clients consider event insurance for comprehensive coverage.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide partial refunds as appropriate.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, in accordance with Indian law.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Existing bookings will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking unless mutually agreed otherwise.
